I'm Kate Ziuz, founder of Master Your Presence.

I watched it happen in corporate environments. On stages. On camera. In boardrooms. The pattern was always the same: qualified woman, invisible authority gap.
I left corporate to solve this, not through motivation or mindset coaching, but through the mechanics. The actual body language, pauses, gestures, and energy that make people believe you're the authority you actually are.

My Background
Before coaching, I built a 10+ year career in Big 4 consulting and tech , working with executives, founders, and high-performing teams in pressure- cooker environments. I understand what it's like to walk into a room where your credibility is decided in the first 30 seconds.
I know the gap between being brilliant and being perceived as brilliant. But I also spent my entire life training in dance, modeling, music, and performance , disciplines where posture, movement, and expression were everything. Where presence wasn't optional. It was the work.
That intersection , between corporate rigor and embodied presence, between strategy and performance , is what fuels my coaching today. I know both worlds. And I know exactly how to teach presence as a learnable, repeatable skill.

I don't do generic confidence coaching. I don't do motivation. I don't tell you to "just be yourself."
