I'm Kate Ziuz, founder of Master Your Presence — a coaching practice dedicated to helping women show up as the leaders they already are.
My work is simple: I teach the mechanics of presence — how your body language, self-presentation, and energy translate on camera, on stage, and in every high-stakes room where decisions get made.
Because here's the truth: Your expertise is invisible if your presence doesn't match it.
My Background
Before coaching, I built a career in consulting and tech — working with executives, founders, and high-performing teams across Big 4 consulting and corporations.
I understand high-pressure environments. I know what it's like to walk into a room where your credibility is decided in the first 30 seconds. And I know the gap between being brilliant and being perceived as brilliant.
But I also spent years training in dance, modeling, music, and performance — disciplines where posture, movement, and expression were everything. Where presence wasn't optional. It was the work.
That intersection — between strategy and performance, between corporate rigor and embodied presence — is what fuels my coaching today.
My Approach
I don't do generic confidence coaching. I don't do motivation. I don't tell you to "just be yourself."
